Thanks for watching our short but informative video about changes we’ve made due to COVID-19. We are screening all of our patients prior to their appointments for the safety of all involved. Please call to reschedule if you or anyone in your household have had any of the following symptoms within the past 3 weeks: sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, or fever greater than 100 degrees. Also, to the best of your knowledge have you been in close proximity to any individual who tested positive for COVID-19 or have your anyone else in your household cared for a COVID-19 patient. When you arrive at our office, please remain in your vehicle and call 682-0770 to let us know that you’re here. When your doctor or hygienist is ready to seat you, we will call you back. You may not recognize the caller id since we are using personal cell phones. Please wear a mask when entering our building. We will provide hand sanitizer and will take your temperature before we work on you. Thank you very much.
